Return Policy
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for store credit only. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

Products Qualified For Return/Exchange

Validity: All products purchased can be exchanged (or) refunded only if they are received in a damaged condition or an incorrect article within 07 days of the delivery date.

All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. Any excess fabric or embellishment utilized during photoshoots will not be provided with the product unless mentioned on the website. Such exchange/ refund claims will not be regarded as valid. 

Process of Return or Refund

Simply notify us of your exchange or refund within 7 days of the delivery date and share tracking details along with your order # with our customer services team by calling our Landline # 055-4551700 or via WhatsApp # 03226402020

You may choose to use any of the below-approved courier companies. 

Approved Courier Services: TCS, M&P, LEOPARDS, CALL COURIER, BLUE EX, TRAX

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds are not in cash but in the form of a “coupon’’. If your items meet the required criteria our Customer Services agent will issue you with a coupon that can be redeemed for one-time usage only.
